    This program is designed for pregnant women at any stage of their pregnancy who want to prepare their bodies and minds for birth, learn from health experts, and connect with other mums.

  • Your registration includes access to all six sessions with expert guest speakers, a take-home booklet with tips and resources, pregnancy-friendly refreshments, and ongoing support through a WhatsApp group for participants.

  • Each group is intentionally kept small, with only 10 spots available. This ensures a more personalised experience and allows time for all your questions to be answered.

  • The program runs at Nuform Pilates Kiama every Thursday night from 6:45–7:45 PM, starting January 16th and ending February 20th.
